We hope this finds you all well. As we approach the Christmas period we wanted to make you aware of CDC staffing during the Christmas and New Year breaks in case you have an emergency at your business premises and need assistance.

Out of Hours Emergency Contacts:
To report a property maintenance fault out of hours in the common areas for which the Landlord is responsible:
(16:30 – 08:30 weekdays, weekends and public holidays)

You will be put through to the Cornwall Council contact team who will contact the emergency maintenance team.
Security Alarm or Access Issues:
Cornwall Council have employed Kestrel Services to provide mobile security patrols and they are able to deal with any security alarm issues and access issues out of normal business hours.

Keys and swipe cards must only be used by the individual they are assigned to and has signed for them and should they be lost or stolen; this must be reported immediately as below so that the card can be deactivated.
Please contact CDC to notify them and they will organise this on your behalf.

Post and deliveries
On the days that Reception is closed, the front door will be set to ‘exit only’ and will only open with a swipe card. There will be a sign on the front door advising the postman and delivery drivers to contact you via the call bell.
If you will not have anybody on site to receive post and parcels on the days that Reception is closed, please make sure you have appropriate re-directions or holds in place with Royal Mail and all your delivery providers.
