As we approach the Christmas period we wanted to make you aware of CDC staffing during the Christmas and New Year breaks in case you have an emergency at your business premises and need assistance. Security Alarm or Access Issues: Cornwall Council have employed Kestrel Services to provide mobile security patrols and they are able to deal with any security alarm issues and access issues out of normal business hours. KESTREL SECURITY 24 HOUR CONTACT: 0238 086 5658 Keys and swipe cards must only be used by the individual they are assigned to and has signed for them and should they be lost or stolen; this must be reported immediately as below so that the card can be deactivated. Please contact CDC to notify them and they will organise this on your behalf. Power Cut: To report a full site power failure to Western Power call: 105 or 0800 6783 105 Post and deliveries On the days that Reception is closed, the front door will be set to ‘exit only’ with access via the Verex swipe cards. If you or your staff will be on site on these days, please let Judith know and appropriate signage will be placed on the front door advising the postman and delivery drivers to contact you via the call bell. If you will not have anybody on site to receive post and parcels on the days that Reception is closed, please make sure you have appropriate re-directions or holds in place with Royal Mail and all your delivery providers.
